RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please note: We do not accept returns for products that are not purchased from www.riseapparelshop.com. 

 

RETURNS & REFUND

Item(s) purchased from www.riseapparelshop.com must be returned at the customer's expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below accompanied by the packing list included in your shipment with a reason why the item(s) is being returned on our email.

A refund will be initiated in the original mode of payment/source account within 2-3 business days from when the return package is received and should reflect the customer's account in the next business 5-10 business days. Please note that we can not refund the original shipping charge with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund.

EXCHANGES 

We do not exchange products or modify orders once it has been placed. If you purchased an item from www.riseapparelshop.com and would like something else, a new order will need to be placed. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 2-3 business days of us receiving the return package. 

SALE ITEMS 

Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund.  If we receive a returned sale or discounted item, we will either refuse the delivery or return it at the customers expense.  No refund will be issued.
