Shipping policy

 

Orders placed on www.riseapparelshop.com are processed Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm GMT (excluding bank holidays) and are normally shipped in 2-3 business days from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization and verification. 

We will be sending you a confirmation email within one hour of the order being placed. 

Usually, if we experience a high volume of orders, the shipments may get delayed and in such case, we inform you via email. 

Due to COVID-19, the delivery might take a little bit longer than usual. We assure you that we are doing the best we can during these unprecedented times to facilitate your order as soon as we can.
